Leimomi Mabanta leads strategic planning, infrastructure development, and arts-centered programming that support the Academy’s mission to cultivate excellence in education, performance, and industry readiness.

 

Her career includes leadership roles in global network engineering, audiovisual services, HR consultation, government account management for California State Agencies and K–12 Educational Institutions, and artist consulting. She has delivered integrated solutions that supported large-scale operations, service delivery, and communications. Her background reflects consistent success in organizational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and high-impact execution.

 

Her expertise spans executive operations, systems development, communications, and brand strategy, with added depth in cultural programming, event production, and arts-based education. She is a certified and credentialed life coach, fitness and wellness instructor, and digital strategist, with advanced training in social media management and content marketing.

 

Leimomi also leads creative initiatives focused on youth, community, and advocacy — including a published children’s book series and a national shelter reform campaign. She brings a rare combination of administrative precision, cultural insight, and creative innovation to every role she undertakes.
