Student Enrollment
Start Your Creative Journey With Us!
We’re excited to welcome new students into our Academy family! To help ensure a smooth start, we ask that a few important documents be shared with us during registration.
Our Academy welcomes students in grades 3 through 12, offering vibrant after-school programs between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 10 PM - 3:00 PM
If you need help gathering anything listed below, we’re here to make it easy.
What You’ll Need to Enroll
Please provide the following:

Age Verification
(Options: Birth Certificate, Passport, or a signed Parent/Guardian Statement) -
Immunization History
(A current record showing required vaccinations) -
School Records
(Only for 6th–12th graders: Recent report card or high school transcript) -
Proof of California Residency
(Examples: Utility bill, rental agreement, or official mail addressed to a parent/guardian)
Emergency Contact Details
(Names and numbers of at least two people we can call if needed)
If Your Student Has a Specialized Plan
If any of these apply to your student, please also share:

Current Individual Education Plan (IEP)

Current 504 Support Plan

Custody or Court Documentation (if applicable)

How to Submit Your Documents
You can turn in your documents by:

Online enrollment submission

Emailing them directly to our Admissions Team, or

Dropping them off at the Academy during office hours.
