Executive Board Member

Joseph Tucker Jr. is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with a career spanning health innovation, consumer services, concessions, media, and the music industry. As Founder and Owner of nicebreathe, Joseph is preparing to launch nice, a nasal insert cleaning equipment product with patents pending, bringing an innovative wellness solution to market.

Joseph is also the Founder and active Operator of Bins So Clean, Sacramento’s leading eco-friendly trash bin and pressure washing service. He continues to run and manage the company day-to-day, delivering high-temperature, Green Seal Certified cleaning solutions for residential and commercial clients while championing sanitation, odor control, and environmental compliance.

In addition, Joseph serves as Vice President of Sales and Consulting for All-Star Concessions, a family-owned business serving youth sports events across the Bay Area. In this role, he drives sales strategy, consulting, and community partnerships, helping the company deliver not just great concessions, but memorable experiences for families and athletes.

Earlier in his career, Joseph founded Center Stage Media Group, a J. Inclusive Co., a boutique PR, marketing, and A&R firm, and served as an Artisan Repertoire (A&R) executive in the music industry. These roles sharpened his expertise in brand storytelling, PR, and marketing—skills that continue to shape his entrepreneurial ventures today.

Outside of work, Joseph is an exuberant music lover and sports enthusiast, deeply vested in overall health and wellness—renewing the mind, body, and soul. His personal interests include songwriting, reading, outdoor adventures, global travel, mentoring youth, exploring his side-line hobby as a chef, and spending time with family and friends. These passions reflect Joseph’s belief in creativity, connection, and balance as guiding forces in both life and business.
