Dr. Kirby is a singer-songwriter and vocalist who enjoys creating and performing original music and is also a staunch advocate for music education. She utilizes her doctorate in work psychology, strong business acumen, and training background to develop evidence-based youth development programs, as well as career planning and development strategies, to educate, equip, and empower professional music makers.
