Cornelious Daniels is a visionary leader and dedicated educator with a unique blend of experience spanning the arts, special education, and child development. As the Director of Inclusive Arts Programs at Derek DOA Allen’s renowned DOA Academy of the Arts, Cornelious is pioneering a groundbreaking initiative that expands world-class artistic opportunities to children with special needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. This transformative program reflects the Academy’s mission to cultivate creativity, innovation, and education—ensuring that every child can explore their passion and unlock their full potential.
With over a decade of experience as a preschool teacher, Cornelious gained a deep understanding of early childhood development and the foundational elements of learning. He furthered this expertise with ten years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in individualized instruction, behavior intervention, and meaningful skill development for diverse learners. This professional journey is also personal—Cornelious is a devoted parent to a son with autism, giving him profound insight and empathy into the unique experiences of neurodiverse children and their families.
In addition to his work in education and special needs, Cornelious is an accomplished musician and music producer. His firsthand understanding of the creative process and the transformative power of music enriches every aspect of his work. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from Full Sail University, he brings a strong grasp of the entertainment industry—perfectly aligned with the Academy’s dynamic curriculum in music, film, television, and digital media.
At the DOA Academy of the Arts, Cornelious is passionate about creating a supportive, dynamic environment where artistic expression becomes a pathway for healing, growth, and community connection. Under his leadership, the Inclusive Arts Program provides exceptional training through both in-home and integrated services, while fostering meaningful interaction between neurotypical peers and those with special needs. Through this innovative initiative, Cornelious is helping to shape a more inclusive, empowered future—where every child’s voice and creativity are not only welcomed, but celebrated.
