Arthur Griffith II is a passionate founder, CEO, entrepreneur, and business owner with deep expertise in both business and technology. His mission is to empower creatives to leverage their talents, carve out their own paths, and continuously grow their knowledge to achieve true independence.

 

Arthur’s career began with humble roots. Raised in Sacramento, CA, he launched his music journey soon after high school, performing and touring. Over the years, he’s played alongside renowned artists such as Eric Roberson, Robert Brookins, and Big Mike Hart. As a musician and producer, Arthur earned gold and platinum plaques for his contributions to D.R.S.’s Gangsta Lean (1993) and the Gang Related soundtrack (1997) with RCA recording artists The Jackers. 

These early successes opened doors into independent film scoring, further expanding his creative footprint.

 

Early on, Arthur recognized the power of strong business acumen in achieving sustained success. While he loved making music, he deeply admired the strategic moves of industry leaders like L.A. Reid and Daymond John. Inspired by their trajectories, he committed himself to mastering the business side of the industry, discovering along the way that these skills were highly transferable across varied business types. This realization set him on a focused path of growth and diversification.

 

In 2012, Arthur founded Asphalt Media Group, a media production company that served clients including Intel, AT&T, the Sacramento Association of Realtors, and Sierra Pacific Mortgage. In 2015, he had become a founding partner of Black Market Blue, an independent record label that launched the careers of chart-topping smooth jazz artist Big Mike Hart, gospel artist Yardley Griffin Jr., and others.

 

In 2018, Arthur co-founded ATEM Ventures, a real estate tech startup where he served as CTO, developing a cutting-edge SaaS solution for the real estate industry. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of Boomerang, a fintech startup dedicated to supporting underserved and marginalized communities through increased access to resources and financial literacy.

 

Arthur’s dynamic career has given him a rare ability to blend business, technology, and music into a cohesive, proven framework - one that brings value to any team with a shared mission to create meaningful impact.
